If you are a parent, guardian, or educator registering a child, you agree on behalf of the child user.
1. Who Can Use Bambaverse
Kids aged 7–13 may use Bambaverse with parent/guardian or educator permission.
Parents and Educators are responsible for managing child accounts and consent.
You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when creating any account.
2. What You Can Do on Bambaverse
You and your child/student may:
Access learning zones like Soma, Jenga, Cheza, Hadithi Hadithi, and Skiza
Build games, write stories, make music, and complete AI and STEAM challenges
Earn badges and track creative achievements
Receive physical learning kits via subscription
Submit art, stories, or voice notes for community challenges (with consent)
Interact with moderated, child-safe AI chatbots and activities
3. What You Can’t Do
To keep Bambaverse safe and fun, you agree not to:
Share passwords or impersonate others
Upload inappropriate, harmful, or offensive content
Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or damage the platform
Collect or share personal data of other users
Use Bambaverse for advertising, sales, or third-party promotions
Violate intellectual property rights or misuse copyrighted material
Violations may result in content removal, account suspension, or permanent bans.
4. User Content
You or your child may upload or create content (e.g., art, writing, DIY projects):
You retain ownership of all original content.
By submitting content, you give Bambaverse permission to showcase, remix, or feature it for learning, exhibitions, or promotional use (with credit).
We will not sell or monetize your child’s content without your written consent.
5. Subscription & Physical Kits
If you sign up for a Bambaverse subscription box, you agree to:
Provide accurate shipping details
Pay recurring fees if part of a paid tier
Cancel or pause subscriptions via your dashboard
Boxes may include small parts, electronics, and tools, adult supervision is required.
6. AI Tools and Gamified Features
Bambaverse includes safe AI-powered experiences such as:
Build-your-own-bot activities
Ethical AI quizzes
Music generators
Interactive storytelling prompts
These tools are sandboxed, do not store identifiable data, and comply with child data protection laws. They are designed to educate, not predict, manipulate, or market.
7. Intellectual Property
All site design, code, mascots (e.g., Bambee, Tinko), characters, and materials are the property of Bambaverse (a product of Creatives Garage) and protected by copyright and trademark laws.
You may not copy, resell, or republish any Bambaverse materials without permission.
8. Termination of Use
We may suspend or terminate access if:
You violate these Terms
A parent or guardian withdraws consent
We are required to comply with legal regulations
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately stop. You may request data deletion via info@bambaverse.com
9. Limitation of Liability
Bambaverse is designed to be fun and educational, but we can’t guarantee:
That the platform will always be error-free
That all user-generated content will be suitable for every user (though we moderate)
That your child won’t accidentally glue their fingers together during a DIY 😅
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bambaverse is not liable for any indirect damages related to platform use, including kit mishaps, app crashes, or creative over-excitement.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms occasionally. We’ll notify you via email or platform alert before changes take effect.
